Refund & Cancellation Policy
At BhushanArt.com, every artwork is created and shipped with utmost care. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might need to return or cancel an order.
7-Day Return Policy
You may return most new, undamaged artworks within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.
We will cover the return shipping cost only if the return is due to our error — for example, if you received the wrong or a defective artwork.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and initiate your refund.
You can expect your refund within 7–14 business days, which includes:

5–10 business days for us to receive the returned item,

3–5 business days to process your refund internally, and

5–10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
How to Request a Return
To return an item:

Log in to your account and go to My Orders.

Select the order and click on the Return Item(s) option.

Upload a clear photo of the artwork and mention the reason for the return.
You can also email us directly at bhushanart7@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and return reason. We’ll guide you through the process.
Defective or Damaged Artwork
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery at bhushanart7@gmail.com.
Attach clear photos showing the issue, and we’ll arrange a pickup or replacement at no extra cost.
Once inspected, we’ll either replace the artwork (subject to availability) or issue a full refund as per our policy.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
If the artwork has already been dispatched, the refund will be processed once we receive the returned item in good condition.
Once the order is delivered, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow the return procedure mentioned above if applicable.
