All payments are processed through secure and verified payment gateways to ensure complete data protection and a smooth transaction experience.
There are no hidden charges — you only pay the amount shown in your order summary at checkout.
If you notice any charge on your card or bank account for a purchase you didn’t make, please verify with family members or colleagues who might have access. If it’s still unrecognized, report the issue within 14 days of the transaction by emailing us at bhushanart7@gmail.com so we can investigate promptly.
Payment Failures
If your payment fails, please check that:

The information shared with the payment gateway (account details, billing address, password, etc.) is correct.

Your internet connection is stable.
If your account has been debited after a failed transaction, the amount is usually reversed within 7 business days. If not, please email bhushanart7@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, we do not support Cash on Delivery. All purchases must be made through our secured online payment gateways while placing the order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped. In such cases, we will process a full refund within 7 business days.
If the artwork has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still request a cancellation — your refund will be processed once the painting is safely returned to us in its original condition.
Once an artwork has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow the return or refund process if applicable under our Refund Policy.
