At BhushanArt.com, we take great care to ensure that your chosen artwork reaches you safely, securely, and on time. Every piece is handled with utmost care and shipped through trusted delivery partners.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship across India, and soon we’ll expand to select international destinations.
Please note that certain artworks or large installations may have delivery restrictions depending on size, location, or courier limitations.

Most standard orders are shipped within 5–7 business days after confirmation, while custom or made-to-order artworks may take 7–14 days depending on the artist’s schedule and preparation time.

Shipping Method

Lightweight artworks are shipped via air courier services for faster delivery.
Large or framed artworks are shipped through ground courier services to ensure maximum protection during transit.

We work with reliable and well-known courier partners to make sure your artwork arrives on time and in pristine condition.

Delivery Charges

We offer free shipping across India for all artworks priced above ₹2,000.
For artworks below ₹2,000, a nominal delivery charge of ₹190 will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time depends on your location and the nature of the product:

Ready artworks: 7–10 business days
Custom or commissioned artworks: 10–15 business days

We are committed to dispatching and delivering your order as early as possible while ensuring safe packaging and handling.

Order Tracking

Once your artwork has been shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.
You can also log in to your account, go to My Orders, and check the latest status of your shipment.

Tracking generally becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Address & Coverage

Before proceeding to payment, your email, phone number, and pin code will be verified.
If your location is outside our courier partner’s service area, we’ll contact you to provide an alternate address within our delivery range.

If an order cannot be serviced due to delivery restrictions, BhushanArt.com will not be held responsible for non-delivery in such cases.

If you place multiple artworks in one order, we’ll make every effort to ship them together. However, some items may ship separately based on size, packaging, or availability.
